Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must be fully attached

  • Packed in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important Requirement: To help us process your request smoothly and verify the condition of the item, you must provide clear photos and a short video of the product showing its current condition (including tags and packaging) when you initiate your return request.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at vistastudiohq@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and the required photos and video.

  2. Review: Once we review and accept your return request, we will approve the return and share the instructions for the reverse pickup.

  3. Pickup Arrangement: We will arrange a convenient reverse pickup from your delivery address. You do not need to ship it yourself. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags intact before the pickup agent arrives.

Please note: Items sent back to us via any independent courier without first requesting a return and receiving official approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Remember to include a photo/video of the damage or incorrect item in your email).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed via our pickup, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at vistastudiohq@gmail.com.
